The product must be identical: same brand, model or SKU, finish, size, configuration and quantity, brand new and in original packaging.
The other retailer must be an authorised Australian stockist with the item currently in stock and the price publicly advertised.
We compare the total delivered price to your postcode, including GST, delivery and any fees.
Not eligible: marketplace and auction sellers, clearance or ex-display stock, trade, builder or wholesale pricing, package or bundle deals, cashback or gift-card offers, and private quotes.
