All Deliveries are insured
For door deliveries on our heavy duty products to single story houses, our couriers have the required equipment to unload your items securely and safely.
Deliveries to the door for apartments or sites that are not as accessile, the driver will require assistance to move the products. When notified of the delivery date, please ensure you plan ahead and have someone on site to provide assistance to the driver.
Delivery Information
When your order is placed and ready for delivery, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time and day for the delivery.
If your order is out of stock, we wil contact you within 24 hours or the following business day to provide you with a lead time or an alternative option.
Our partnered couriers will attempt to deliver the goods to the door of the property, however depending on thr weight and size of the order, your order will be likely a curbside. This will at the discretation of the courier driver.

Samples of our tiles are available for you to take home and test with other colours, finishes etc.
We offer samples of our tiles for you to take home, so you can test the tile with other colours and finishes. Wellsons offers:
Sample tiles are all 100mm x 100mm in size.
Colours/ Image / Disclaimer
Wellsons strives to accurate depict the product image and colour of the tile on our website. However, there may be a slight disrepancy with the colour of the product due to the light settings the photo was taken in, a different device screen setting or batching variation. If you are not sure of the colour, we recommend ordering a sample prior to placing an order.
We take every effort to display the product infomration correctly and complete on our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product purchased is suitable for their specific requirements. Calculating Required Quantities
It is recommended as standard practice to always order 10% extra tiles to allow for cuts and wastage. This 10% amount can vary depending on the style, shape or pattern of the tile. Wellsons recommends customers to carefully calculate the required quantity as we can not guarantee the sme shade will be available if extra tiles are required. We can not guarantee a refund if the batch purchased is no longer available or the refund request has fallen outside our terms. If you have any queries, please contacrt us for further advice.
Returns / Exchange / Cancellations
Upon receiving you order, please immediately inspect the tiles and contact us if there are any faults or other issues.
Please choose carefully as cancellation and refunds will not be given due to change of mind once the order has been delivered.

Customer to Organise the Delivery
If you have your own preferred courier service provided, please provide the details and one of our team members will get in contact with you to help you arrange this. If a pick up method is selected, the warehouse manager will provide you with the pick up address and be in contact with you when the order is ready for collection.
Customer to pick up from the Warehouse
If you have a small order, you can opt to pick it up from our warehouse. If you are not sure if the order will fit or is too heavy for your vehicle, please contact us and our staff will assist you. When your order is ready for collection, we will contact you.
I will pick up from Wellsons Warehouse or partnering warehouse
We have warehouses located around Australia, if you have a small order and will like to pick it up, please let us know. Our warehouse staff will get in contact with you to advise whether a local pick up is available for your order.
Delivery to depot in my capital city
If you are located in a regional area and if you are accustomed to picking up deliveries from the local depot and if you are happy to drive to a depot to pick up your order, please provide your contact details and our warehouse manager will be in contact with you.
