Wellsons advises you to choose carefully as we are not able to give refunds due to a change of mind. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the purchase but will incur a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept partial returns, leftover or damaged tiles and accessories for exchanges or refunds. Please use our calculator as a guide to help you purchase correct amount.

All approved exchanges will be required to be returned back to Wellsons warehouse in Greenacre with the postage paid by the customer.
