Poor packaging and difficult delivery

Delivery was a hassle from the start. A few days after ordering, the courier called to say they couldn’t deliver to our residential address in Port Macquarie on the NSW Mid North Coast. After a fair bit of too and fro between the supplier and the courier I ended up having to drive 20 km to a freight depot out of town to collect it myself.

When I picked it up, I noticed the box was bent. Once I got home and opened it, I found the copper pipe was bent too. The packaging was pretty poor.

All the copper fittings use press connections, which require a specialised press tool.
