Installation

• Hardwired (concealed) installation must be done by a licensed electrician.
• Plug-in (exposed) installation uses the supplied lead into a nearby power point.
• Fix into studs or timber noggins. Use the mounting centres in Specifications to set them during rough-in.

Care

• Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry. Mild soapy water only.
• Avoid abrasive pads, bleach and acidic cleaners, which can mark brushed finishes.

How much does it cost to run?
At 80W it uses about 0.08 kWh per hour. Running it a few hours a day on a timer typically costs under $1 a week.

Do I need an electrician?
Only for a hardwired install. The plug-in option just needs a nearby power point.

Can I use it with a timer?
Yes. Pick one above. A timer heats your towels before you shower and switches the rail off automatically.

How hot does it get?
The bars reach about 45–55°C, warm enough to dry towels without being dangerous to touch.

Can I mount it with the power at the top?
Yes. The rail can be flipped, and power can enter at any leg.
