Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies delivers to most areas within Australia. Utilising several leading Australian transport companies, we deliver to residential and business addresses. All deliveries are Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PMM only. 

For regional and remote destinations that fall out of the standard shipping destination, a shipping quote will be required. Check your postcode availability by entering in the postcode of the shipping address at the CHECK OUT page. 

If your postcode falls out of the standard shipping area, send us an email at sales@wellsons.com.au along with the list of item(s) and our friendly staff will email you a shipping rate based on your delivery location. 

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and despatched from our Sydney Warehouse. 

Post Box & Parcel Lockers Delivery's

Small items are shipped via Australia Post Express in a satchel along with delivery. 
Satchel Size: 250mm x 300mm x 50mm 
Maximum Satchel Weight: 3kg 

Large Parcels and Cartons are shipped via selected couriers such as Courier Please, Aramex, Toll, Direct Couriers, Allied Express or Northline. 
Carton Size: 38cm x 22cm x 22cm 
Maximum Carton Weight: 10kg 

Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies does not use standard mail services due to unreliability of service and inability to track shipping progress.  

Large Products 

Large bulky product(s) such as PVC Pipe, Copper Lengths, Large Storage Hot Water Systems etc are available for PICK UP / COLLECT only from our Sydney Warehouse. 

These products are highlighted SYDNEY PICK UP ONLY and Shipping option is not available upon checkout with SYDNEY PICK UP ONLY products in shopping cart.

The delivery of large items will require the buyer to be available to accept delivery and assist driver when unloading the item. The deliver driver is not required to carry large items up and down stairs. Delivery must be signed for, however buyers are can opt for authority to leave the goods unattended. In this circumstance, the buyers will hold responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after the courier has confirmed it has been delivered. 

Pick Up - Click & Collect  

All orders are processed online and select Pick up / Collect option upon Checkout. A confirmation email will be sent when your order is ready for collection. Orders are generally processed within 1 - 2 hours of receiving order and will be ready for pick up within 48 hours of  the order being processed. Please have your order details with you as proof of purchase.

Payments made by Electronic Bank Transfer must be cleared before orders will be released. 

Orders can be collected from our Sydney warehouse Monday to Friday between 8AM & 5PM (excluding public holidays) and Saturday to Sunday through appointment only. 

Delivery Times

Most orders are despatched same or next day on stock lines from our Sydney warehouse. Orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Transit times vary depending upon distance and your location. As a guide most metro city deliveries once despatched will be 1 – 2 business days and 2 - 3 days for regional areas. Small orders are sent via Express Satchels up to 3kg and usually next day delivery to most metro locations Australia wide.

Some remote and regional areas may be up to 10 working days. From time to time it is possible factors outside of our control may result in delays. Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies reserves the right to not ship to some remote or rural locations. 

If your postcode is not in our delivery area please send us an email at sales@wellsons.com.au and we will provide delivery options available. Delays may occur around public holidays, and remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays due to adverse weather conditions.


Backorders will be despatched as soon as product is available. If unforseeable delays are experienced from suppliers, customers will be notified via email or phone. Customers can cancel backorders and receive a full refund in accordance with our Refunds Policy at any time prior to despatch of goods.

Missed Deliveries

If absent at time of delivery or authority to leave not provided on order, carrier will attempt to redeliver goods or alternatively leave details for collection at transport depot if re-delivery has failed. 

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to collect goods or arrange an additional re-delivery at the cost of the purchaser. 

Undeliverable satchels via Australia Post Express will be taken to the nearest post office for collection. 

Cartons that have been unsuccessfully delivered will be taken to the nearest depot of the selected courier.  

Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies will not be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after goods have been delivered to the nominated delivery address.   

Incorrect Delivery Address

Where you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for your order, redelivery fees apply for each subsequent delivery attempt at receivers cost. 

Delivery Insurance

This fee is optional but recommended as Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies will replace any and all items free of charge if damaged during transportation. Delivery insurance covers only damage occurred through transporting items from our warehouse to your designated delivery address. 

International Orders

Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies does not support international shipping services at this stage. International forwarding can be arranged by the purchaser upon receiving the goods.
