Care Instructions 

• Tapware / Accessories will need to remain dry in use, a soft cloth can be used to remove surface dust. Otherwise, to wipe down the accessory it is recommended to use warm soap water in order to uphold the condition. 
• It is not recommended to use harsh detergents, abrasive cleaners, or citrus-based cleaners as it may damage the surface 
• Do not use disinfectant to clean stainless steel parts and components
• Do not use hydrochloric acid when cleaning as it can lead to pitting and stress corrosion cracking 
• Avoid using acetone silicones to install tapware and accessories 
• Do not use undue pressure and always wipe in one direction only 
• Do not use cleaning products containing such as Bromine, Iodine, and Fluorine as it contains chlorides and halides
• Gold, Rose Gold, and Black Sapphire plated products should always be cleaned with care using a soft dry cloth or a soft cloth with warm soap water

ADP tapware are covered by 15 years Warranty*

The guarantee is:

• Cartridge: 15 years 
• Ritz Finish: 1 year 
• Manufacturing Faults and Flaking: 7 years 
• Parts and Labour: 2 years

All products manufactured by Architectural Designer Products (ADP) are of the uppermost standard and are in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. ADP offers a warranty period on products from the date of purchase and that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions detailed on their website.
