We've had numerous bidet sprayers over the years and unfortunately this is a well built good looking product but it operates as a normal tap with a steady water flow. We ordered it online as it seemed to fit our requirements as it was advertised as a "Bidet Spray". In our opinion it should not be advertised as a "Bidet Spray" as it does not have this functionality. Wellson's were good in dealing with our complaint and we had a new unit sent out as nobody was really sure of how this unit should operate despite supplying a video of operating the unit. We turned directly to Meir's customer service team who after a few e-mails and a video sent to them confirmed that this unit functions as a normal tap not as a "Bidet Spray".
