Nood Co. recommend the following care insutrctions:
Maintenance of your basin is soapy simple.
Simply wash with soapy water and a soft, microfibre cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners and abrasive sponges and scourers.
Wax is provided with each basin. It is made available so you maintain your basins shine over the years. It is not integral to the basin's water tolerance.

Structural warranty: 2 years
Nood Co Concrete basins are comprised of a natural material. Each piece has a visual patina, colour variation, pin-holing (surface holes) and surface variation. These characteristics have no bearing on the structural integrity of the concrete piece. Nood Co Concrete colours, feel, and aesthetic can look different in photos and it is suggested to purchase sample pieces prior to manufacture to ensure you are comfortable with your product.
All products manufactured by Nood Co are of the uppermost standard and are in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Nood Co offers a warranty period on products from the date of purchase and that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions detailed on their website.
