If using as Non-Heated the customer will simply cut the wires and use the brackets included in the box to fix to the wall. If Heating the rails you will additionally require a transformer and a fixing kit

Maintenance and care details:

• For general weekly cleaning of stainless and coated rails
  use a damp cloth, but for any stubborn marks, use a
  non-abrasive, solvent free cleaning product suitable for
  stainless steel.
