All products manufactured by Architectural Designer Products (ADP) are of the uppermost standard and are in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. ADP offers a warranty period on products from the date of purchase and that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions detailed on their website.
There will be no returns for custom-made orders. Please check the specifications of the product prior to placing your order.

Wellsons understands errors occur at times and we aim to make the return or exchange process simple. Goods in original condition free of defect or damage will be accepted for return within 30 days from date of purchase, returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. Wellsons will refund, repair, replace or exchange products in accordance with our Warranty, Returns & Refund Conditions. Excludes items that are defective or may have a manufacturers fault and covered under the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
In the event we make an error Wellsons will despatch correct product(s) free of charge ASAP and coordinate with you collection and return of incorrect goods to our distribution warehouse. Return freight cost will be paid by Wellsons. Where applicable a refund, replacement or exchange will be promptly processed upon goods being received to our distribution warehouse.
In the event purchaser has made an order error, Wellsons will refund, replace or exchange products only in resalable condition free of defect or damage in original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. A 20% restocking fee will be incurred on the product. Return shipping and Re delivery freight costs will be incurred and organised by purchaser. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that goods are returned safely to us. We take no responsibility for products lost in transit by senders transport provider. Once goods have been received at our distribution warehouse and inspected, refunds will be processed promptly via same payment method selected for original purchase.
Products installed by unlicensed persons or non defective products that have been installed will not be accepted for return. Toilet seats, seat hinges and toilet seat buffer kits will not be accepted for return if not in original packaging for Health & Safety reasons, or if products have been in part or fully installed. Gas & Electrical appliances will not be accepted for return where goods have been removed from original packaging or have been in part or fully installed. Excludes products that may be defective or covered under manufactures warranty conditions.
A 30 day limitation applies from date of purchase for return requests. Returns will not be issued or considered without original proof of purchase from Wellsons. Wellsons at its discretion may apply handling fees where products require re packaging. Products where free shipping was provided, Wellsons at its discretion may deduct initial freight costs incurred from refund amount
