At Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies, we understand errors can occur at times and aim to make the return or exchange process as seamless as possible. Goods returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and are in their original condition free of defect or damage and in a resale-able condition will have their goods accepted for return. Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies will refund, repair, replace or exchange products in accordance to the warranty, returns and refund conditions. *this excludes items that are defective, may have a manufacturer fault or covered by manufacturer warranty conditions.
In the event it was an error on Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies part, the correct product(s) will be dispatched free of charge as soon as possible. Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies will coordinate with you a collection and return of the goods that were incorrectly dispatched with the freight cost covered by Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies. Where it is applicable, a refund, replacement or exchange will be promptly processed once the goods have been received by the distribution warehouse.
If the purchaser has made an error with the order, Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies will refund, replace or exchange the products only if the goods are in a resalable condition free of defects or damage in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. The return shipping or freight cost will be incurred by the purchaser. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser the goods are returned safely to Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies. We will take no responsibility for products that are lost in transit by the senders transport provider. Once the goods have been received at the distribution warehouse and inspected, a refund will be processed promptly through the same method that was selected for the original purchase.
All products must be in stalled by a licensed professional. In the circumstance that the goods were installed by an unlicensed individual, these goods would not be accepted for a return. For health and safety reason, Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies will not accept toilet seats, toilet seat buffer kits and seat hinges if that are not in their original packaging. All products must remain in its original packaging and have to been part/fully installed in order to be accepted by Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies. This excludes any product that is defective or is covered by manufacturer's warranty.
All goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Returns must be provided with the original proof of purchase. Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies holds the right to apply a handling fee when a product requires re-packaging. Products that where free shipping was provided, Wellsons Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies holds the right to deduct initial freight cost incurred from the refund amount.
